Needle Rifle

In between larger projects, I take mechanics from other games, deconstruct them and add additional functionality. This Needle Rifle deconstruction is one such project.

I built the player controller from scratch as well as scripting all target and weapon functionality. The added mechanic I implemented is making needled targets detonate when in close proximity, not just when three are on one target.

I added placeholder visual effects for player feedback as well as sound effects and the weapon model to closer emulate its appearance in the game.
